Ingredients:

- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions:
Put the ground beef in a pan and cook it over medium-high heat
Put in the minced garlic and diced onions
Cook until the onions become clear
Put the beef mixture in the slow cooker
Dice the tomatoes, frozen corn, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper
Then put them all in the slow cooker
Pour in the beef broth and mix everything together
Keep the lid on and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the flavors blend and the chili gets thick
If you need to, change the seasoning before serving
Top it off with shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions if you like
