Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 4-5 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Butter the coconut oil, add the maple syrup, and mix it with a pinch of salt in a bowl until you get a dough
Cover the bottom and sides of a tart pan with dough that has been pressed into it
Lay the peach slices on top of the crust so that they overlap a bit
Put chopped basil on top of the peaches
Add honey, lemon juice, and arrowroot powder to a small bowl and mix them together using a whisk
Pour the honey and lemon mixture over the peaches and basil
After the oven is hot, bake the pie for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the peaches are soft
Let the tart cool down before cutting it up and serving it
