Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut optional
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined
If desired, stir in shredded coconut for added texture
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
