Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping
Instructions:
Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced mushrooms, minced garlic, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Four burger patties should be made from the mixture
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them
Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of grilling and let it melt
On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown
Place lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the bottom half of each bun
Then put a cheese-covered patty on top of the lettuce, tomato, and pickles
Put your favorite sides on the table with your tasty Steakhouse Burgers
