Steakhouse Burger

Enjoy the deep flavors of a classic burger from a steakhouse. This recipe has tasty mushrooms, onions, ground beef that is still juicy, and a tangy steak sauce. You can add Swiss cheese and your favorite burger toppings on top of it all.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping

Instructions:

Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced mushrooms, minced garlic, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Four burger patties should be made from the mixture

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them

Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of grilling and let it melt

On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown

Place lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the bottom half of each bun

Then put a cheese-covered patty on top of the lettuce, tomato, and pickles

Put your favorite sides on the table with your tasty Steakhouse Burgers
