- 8 ounces sliced pastrami
- 4 pretzel rolls, split and toasted
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained

Instructions:
Spread Russian dressing on the bottom half of each pretzel roll
Layer pastrami, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on top of the dressing
Spread softened butter on the top half of each pretzel roll
Place the buttered side down on top of the sandwich filling
Heat a skillet over medium heat
Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet
