Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 package 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl
Add the mayonnaise and sour cream
Combine well
Place the mixture in a baking dish
Warm the oven up and put the dip in it
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown
