Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Take the mixture and roll it into small meatballs
Then, put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Meatballs should be cooked all the way through after being put in an oven that has been heated up
In the meantime, cook the pasta shells according to the directions on the package
Remove the water and set it aside
Put cooked pasta shells, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil in a large bowl
Add the balsamic glaze and olive oil to the pasta mixture, and then gently toss everything together
Put little meatballs on top of the pasta and serve
If you want, you can add more fresh basil leaves as a garnish
