Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes

These banana pancakes dont have any gluten and are a tasty and healthy alternative to regular pancakes. Since they are made with almond flour and ripe bananas, they are naturally sweet and good for you. Great for a quick and easy brunch or breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together mashed bananas, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil

Pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides

Repeat with the remaining batter

Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or nut butter
